Lucas Sahn

Lucas Sahn is a Skills Program Manager at IBM, where he specializes in strategic project management, global outreach campaigns, and cross-organization partnerships. He played a key role in launching Call for Code, a global initiative in partnership with the UN Human Rights Office that challenges developers to create open-source technical solutions addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Currently, Lucas leads a student ambassador program that fosters technical community leadership across more than 150 campuses worldwide.

A lifelong advocate for social justice, Lucas has been involved with AJWS since the age of 13. He is deeply motivated by the organization’s grassroots approach to changemaking, specifically its commitment to providing grantees with the resources, thought leadership, and education necessary to drive sustainable progress within their own communities.

Lucas graduated with honors from the University of Miami with degrees in Philosophy and Political Science.
