Elizabeth Briand

Elizabeth Briand is AJWS’s Associate Director for Planned Giving. A licensed attorney with over a decade of combined experience in fundraising and law practice, she most recently served as the Director of Development at her alma mater, New York Law School, managing the planned giving and alumni relations programs. Before transitioning into fundraising, Elizabeth practiced Trusts and Estates and Elder Law, and she was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. She is currently the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee of the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York (PPGGNY) and previously served as the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
