Neely Grobani is the Director of Donor Engagement at American Jewish World Service (AJWS), where she leads efforts to build meaningful relationships with supporters and connect them with the organization’s global human rights work. With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of philanthropy and engagement, she oversees a team that designs and leads a wide range of programs including national events, virtual educational briefings, and international Study Tours that bring donors to meet with grassroots activists and community leaders working to advance justice in their own communities.

Neely also leads AJWSnext, a community of emerging philanthropists committed to building a more just and equitable future through learning, connection, and collective action. Her work centers on creating opportunities for supporters to engage thoughtfully with global human rights issues and understand the power and impact of their investment.

Neely holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
