I. Payment Policy
The program fee for the Thailand Study Tour is $10,375.00 based on double occupancy ($1,385.00 single supplement). In order to participate in the Thailand Study Tour, participants shall make a 30% non-refundable deposit in the amount of $3,112.50 payable online by credit card. Please note that your participation in the program is contingent on your ability to be covered under AJWS’s international medical and evacuation insurance policy.
Travelers over the age of 75 are required to complete an additional medical form which must be approved by Global Rescue, AJWS’s emergency medical and evacuation provider, in order to guarantee full coverage while traveling. If for any reason Global Rescue is unable to guarantee a participant’s coverage, AJWS reserves the right to deny the individual’s participation in the Study Tour, so please contact AJWS staff prior to making your non-refundable deposit to discuss your eligibility.
Final payment is due in full by Monday, November 30, 2026, 90 days prior to the trip, and can be made via credit card on the AJWS Thailand Study Tour payment page.
II. Cancellation and Refund Policy
AJWS and their partnering organizations/tour operators are not responsible for the disruption or cancellation of the program due to circumstances beyond AJWS and their partnering organizations/tour operator’s control, including but not limited to flight cancellations, delays, violence, health epidemics, natural or man-made disasters or acts of God. AJWS reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule the trip at their sole discretion for reasons of safety and security. Any monetary losses arising from trip cancellation, delay, or rescheduling, or if the participant chooses to withdraw, will be reimbursed as stipulated below:
The 30% deposit for this trip is non-refundable. Full payment is due by Monday, November 30, 2026 (90 days prior to the trip).
After Monday, December 28th, 2026 travelers costs are non-refundable, and no refunds will be made in respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the trip itinerary and the trip cost but not utilized by an individual traveler.
