How much do tickets cost?
Standard tickets cost $180/per person. Next Gen tickets (40 years old and under) cost $40/per person.

Is my ticket purchase tax-deductible?
No.

Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets must be purchased by 11:00 p.m. on November 8, 2025, for the New York event and 11:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025, for the San Francisco event. Tickets will not be available at the door.

What is the refund policy?
You can request a refund by 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025 for the New York event and 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 for the San Francisco event. You can also request that your ticket purchase be converted to a tax-deductible contribution.

I purchased tickets for a guest, and they can no longer attend.
To update guest information, please email events@ajws.org by Saturday, November 8 for New York and Tuesday, November 11 for San Francisco. Only guests whose names are on the list will be admitted to the event.

Why do I need to provide my guest names in advance?
In an effort to maintain a safe and secure environment, each attendee must be on the registration list to enter the venue. This will also expedite the check-in process so there is not a bottleneck at the door.

I can’t attend the event; can I still make a contribution?
Yes, you can make a contribution online at ajws.org/donate or Ways to Give

Can I pay for an event ticket through a donor-advised fund (DAF)?
As per IRS guidelines, no portion of event expenses may be paid for through a donor-advised fund (DAF) if you plan on attending the event. If you are making a contribution only and do not plan to attend the event, a DAF payment is welcome.

When is Celebrating Changemakers?
Thursday, November 13, 2025, in New York, and Sunday, November 16, 2025, in San Francisco.

Where is it held?
Venue information will be sent in a confirmation email following ticket purchase. The New York event will be in Manhattan, and the San Francisco event in downtown San Francisco.

What is the schedule for the evening?
New York:

What type of food will be served?
The menu will be kosher-style with heavy vegetarian and pescatarian hors d’oeuvres and an array of desserts. There will not be a seated dinner during the program.

How do I check in?
Upon arrival you will be asked to share your government issued photo ID to check in.

What is AJWS doing to make these events safe and secure?
To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, everyone will be required to walk through a metal detector and show their government issued photo ID to check in. There will be security on site, and AJWS is also partnering with a third-party security firm to ensure safe experience for all.

Is there a coat check available?
Complimentary coat check will be available for your convenience.

Yes, both venues are ADA compliant. Please email events@ajws.org with any specific accommodations and we will do everything possible to accommodate.
