To support an integrated approach to HIV/AIDS/STI prevention and care through education and access to testing and health services.

To support the development of a corpus fund for two community-led women's courts, which protect and uphold women's human rights around domestic and gender-based violence, employment and land.

To support advocacy for the rights of LGBT people and people living with HIV/AIDS by educating the National police on the enforcement of anti-discrimination legislation; and to conduct trainings on human rights and sexual and reproductive health.

To empower children and youth in Shan migrant communities by providing formal education and networking through regular meetings and media; and to support youth-led community development activities in Shan State, Burma.

To build the capacity of adolescent-girl-focused organizations by creating a collaborative network and offering training and networking opportunities with national women’s rights and human rights organizations. CREAW will also re-grant funds to the organizations in its network so they can implement programs conceived in the network.
