Amy Pasquale, AJWS’s Executive Vice President, works to increase AJWS’s impact by fostering more efficient ways of working, clearer lines of communication, greater collaboration across the organization, and more effective management.
Before joining AJWS in 2018, Amy served as a business leader, a certified executive coach and organizational development consultant, most recently through her company, Green Mesa Consulting. Throughout her career, Amy’s passion has been to help people thrive and maximize their unique potential, and to create environments in which they can grow, especially as organizations adapt to the complex new demands of 21st-century professional life.
Prior to her work as an organizational development consultant and coach, Amy spent 11 years at the American Express Company in various leadership roles within Marketing, Client Management, Six Sigma, and Interactive Development. She then spent six years as a principal at a global consulting firm, rogenSi.
Amy holds a Masters of Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting from New Mexico State University. She also serves as President and Board Chair of the Organization Development Network of New York.
