How to Create Your Legacy
You can name AJWS in your will by including language such as:
“I give and bequeath the sum of $(or % of my residuary estate) to American Jewish World Service (or AJWS) to be used in support of its general charitable purposes.”*
You can also name AJWS as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy or remaining IRA monies.
If you would like to speak with us about your planned giving options, please contact Austin Wrubel at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 212.792.2835.
*Please consult your attorney and/or tax advisor before adding this language to your will to determine the best method for including AJWS in your estate planning.
AJWS has received an “A” rating from the American Institute of Philanthropy since 2004 and a top rating of four stars from Charity Navigator for 14 years. AJWS also meets all 20 of Better Business Bureau’s standards for charity accountability.
