Get to know our 2015 New York Metro Area Fellows! Read below for information about what these fellows are experiencing during their fellowship.
What: A fellowship designed to inspire and equip New York Metro Area leaders to become effective advocates for global justice. The fellowship includes a 10-day trip to the Dominican Republic and innovative trainings designed to develop skills in organizing and advocacy.
When: U.S. programming from January 2015–July 2015; AJWS Policy Summit in Washington, D.C., May 11-13, 2015; international travel from June 7-16, 2015.
Where: In addition to international travel to the Dominican Republic, regular meetings will take place in New York City and via virtual learning sessions. There will also be a two-day AJWS Policy Summit in Washington, D.C.
Who: Leaders in the New York Metro Area Jewish Community

Cost: $180–$540 (sliding scale based on financial ability) plus cost of visas, vaccinations, medications and health/travel insurance
