Global Circle is a national network of young professionals in their 20s and 30s who share a common belief in the work of American Jewish World Service to end poverty and promote human rights in the developing world. Global Circle seeks to raise awareness about the work of AJWS and engage young professionals through philanthropy and events.
Global Circle Investors make a minimum contribution of $500 (or $42/month) annually to support AJWS’s human rights work. As a thank you for being a Global Circle Investor, you’re invited to attend select Global Circle events as our guest. You’ll receive invitations to exclusive VIP receptions and insider reports on AJWS’s disaster response and other key activities. You’ll also hear from the chair of AJWS’s board of trustees on the latest news from our grantees and activists worldwide.
Global Circle has active chapters in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. Each of these cities has a Steering Committee comprised of dedicated young professionals who create the unique vibe of each Global Circle chapter and serve as the organization’s ambassadors. We encourage those outside of these cities to sign up for Global Circle’s national email list to learn about occasional events, travel opportunities, and other AJWS updates.
