Sally Gottesman
Sally Gottesman is president of The Eleemosynary Group, a management consultant group to not-for-profit organizations. A graduate of Wellesley College and The Yale School of Management, Sally has also worked for the New Israel Fund, The Israel Women’s Network and KPMG Peat Marwick. Sally is the co-founder and chair of Moving Traditions, which finds, creates and delivers resources to inspire people to draw on Judaism at key lifecycle moments. Its most widely disseminated program, Rosh Hodesh: It’s A Girl Thing!, currently has 240 groups throughout the United States. Sally has served on many boards, including The Jewish Women’s Archive, The Jewish Funders Network and Storahtelling. She is the author of several articles on women, philanthropy and leadership. She joined the AJWS board of trustees in 2005.
