Marcella Kanfer Rolnick
Marcella Kanfer Rolnick is building and stewarding her family’s multigenerational enterprise as vice chair of GOJO, a skincare and topical pharmaceutical manufacturer that invented PURELL hand sanitizer. She is also the founder of Walnut Ridge Strategic Management Company and chair of Lippman Kanfer Family Foundation. She focuses on strategy, growth and organizational design and development to meet the family’s long-term vision, and she champions strategic thinking and capacity building for early-stage ventures and innovative Jewish organizations. Marcella has also worked as a management consultant in New York City, as vice president of business development for a nonprofit multi-media publisher in Boston and as an associate at a boutique investment firm in San Francisco. She catalyzed the development of the Slingshot Convening, which brings together stakeholders of Jewish innovation to move towards collective action, and co-founded the Lippman Kanfer Institute for Jewish Learning and Engagement at the Jewish Education Service of North America. She is currently chair of the strategy management committee and joined the AJWS board of trustees in October 2007.
