Marcella Kanfer Rolnick
Marcella Kanfer Rolnick is the vice chair of GOJO, a skincare and topical pharmaceutical manufacturer and inventor of PURELL Instant Hand Sanitizer. She focuses on strategy, new ventures, and organizational design & development to meet her family enterprise's long-term vision. Marcella has also worked as a management consultant in New York City, as vice president of business development for a nonprofit multi-media publisher in Boston, and as an associate at a boutique investment firm in San Francisco. She is on a number of advisory boards, including for Makom Hadash, which offers shared space, shared resources, and collaborative learning to second-stage Jewish non-profits. Marcella spearheaded the re-launch of the national Jewish social entrepreneurship fellowship program Joshua Venture Group, and she co-founded the Lippman Kanfer Institute for Jewish Learning and Engagement at JESNA. Marcella is president and chair of Lippman Kanfer Family Foundation and a member of the Jewish Community Board of Akron. She is currently chair of the strategy management committee and joined the AJWS board of trustees in October 2007.
