Elizabeth Scheuer

Elizabeth Scheuer was a founding member of the board of directors of the JCC of Manhattan. She served as chair of the board from 2002 to 2006 and co-chair of the Capital Campaign for 10 years. She is also on the board of managers of Swarthmore College, in addition to other philanthropic activities. An attorney, Elizabeth has worked in the legal services division of JBFCS and at the NYC Bar Association, in both jobs providing divorce and related services to indigent people. Elizabeth joined the AJWS board of trustees in 2007.
