International Accountability Project (IAP)

  • International Accountability Project (IAP)
  • Founded in 2003, IAP works with communities in the developing world who seek to challenge projects that threaten local people's human rights, livelihoods and ecosystems. In particular, IAP focuses on stopping unjust land-grabbing and forced evictions of entire communities in the name of development.

  • Grassroots Exchange and Alliance Building
  • Purpose: To strengthen key community-led struggles against forced eviction and land-grabbing driven by large-scale development projects by supporting grassroots engagement in IAP's advocacy, project support and capacity building efforts.
