Established in 1996, DCCCN aims to build the capacity of marginalized communities to understand and claim their rights. The organization assists ethnic minority groups with land defense and legal assistance, and trains community volunteers in land management and conflict resolution.

Purpose: To promote land rights and food security by educating communities on land laws and policies, documenting land use, and establishing guidelines for appropriate and sustainable land management.
