Founded in 2004, CPR Jaffna works to educate, empower and support individuals and organizations in their efforts to prevent violence, promote the peaceful resolution of conflicts and foster inclusive, equitable and safe communities. In carrying out this mission, CPR Jaffna focuses on the most vulnerable members of society, including widows, orphans, children and otherwise marginalized people living below the poverty line.

To address the legal, economic and social needs of women in Jaffna affected by war through group mobilization, legal assistance, livelihood support and psychosocial counseling.
