Care and Support for HIV - Positive Incarcerated Individuals and Injecting Drug Users
To support the livelihood needs and rights of people living with HIV/AIDS through vocational training, basic education and medical support; and to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, health and legal aid among incarcerated drug users through education and group dialogue.
