Care and Support for HIV-Positive Incarcerated Individuals and Injecting Drug Users
To support the livelihood needs and rights of people living with HIV through vocational training, basic education and medical support; and to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS, health and legal aid among incarcerated drug users through group discussions and education dissemination.
