Human Rights Vigilance of Cambodia (HRVC)

HRVC was established in 1992 to work for peace and economic growth and encourage the respect of human rights, democracy and the rule of law in Kampong Cham province where community land and fisheries are threatened by land grabbing and poor management of natural resources.


Capacity Building for Land and Fishery Rights

Purpose: To build the capacity and knowledge of villagers in Kampong Cham province to advocate for their rights to land and fishing by creating spaces to share experiences on land conflict and illegal fishing, raising awareness around rights, and assisting with current land and fishery cases.
