3SPN was formed in 2001 to support dam-affected communities in Northeastern Cambodia, with an ultimate goal of restoring the socio-economic, environmental, and cultural rights of indigenous communities. 3SPN represents approximately 31,000 thousand indigenous people living in 74 villages along the 3S Rivers.

Hydropower Advocacy Program
To protect the livelihoods and cultural practices of rural indigenous communities by holding advocacy, documentation and planning forums and trainings which promote community participation in government decision making on hydropower and watershed management.
