Khurasan Learning Center (KLC)
KLC was established in Ghazni, Afghanistan in 1997 to provide clandestine elementary education when Afghanistan was controlled by the Taliban. Following the fall of the Taliban and the opening of government schools for both boys and girls, KLC’s focus shifted from the provision of elementary education to supplemental tutorial classes as well as English, basic literacy and vocational courses.
