Mujeres de Anta
Mujeres de Anta was founded by indigenous women in Anta, Cusco who were sterilized against their will under Peruvian government policies between 1996 and 2000. They seek justice, truth and reparations for themselves and other victims of these human rights violations, and work to promote access to the highest standard of health for indigenous women based on the right of informed consent.
