To support the advancement of Racimos's sustainable livelihoods initiative in response to conflicts arising from the violation of land rights by mining and oil corporations.

To design and implement better public policies to address the unmet needs of Afro-Peruvians and to abolish current media practices that reinforce stigma and discrimination against Afro-Peruvian people.

To build grassroots communication capacity, knowledge and skills, so that Minga's constituents can create their own campaigns to combat discrimination and seek equality.

To support organizational capacity building and advocacy initiatives seeking access to truth, reparation and justice as well as for high quality sexual and reproductive health services for rural indigenous women.

To support leadership building for women with disabilities from rural and urban areas; to support advocacy initiatives seeking improvement of urban access for public services institutions; and to develop a communication strategy to promote women with disabilities' social contribution and rights.

To support the strengthening of youth groups that use street football to motivate young people to participate in launching local youth initiatives and social committees and to play a key role in the decision-making process of local public policy.
