Golondrinas was founded in 2004 by former sex workers to promote health, human rights and violence-prevention initiatives. Programs include workshops and trainings in leadership, human rights, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and disease prevention.

Sex Workers' Health and Rights
To promote and defend sex workers' rights by educating them about human rights, providing sexual and reproductive health trainings, and advocating for their rights with local authorities; to strengthen Las Golondrinas' programs by conducting a diagnostic study of the current context and priorities for sex workers in four municipalities.
