Founded in 1987, PIH is dedicated to addressing global health inequities and social injustice for the poor and marginalized in resource-poor settings. PIH programs tackle the twin epidemics of poverty and disease, providing the highest level of clinical care possible while addressing the social and economic conditions that give rise to disease and ill health.
