ANAPFEH was founded in 1991 and currently works to support women and children from Haiti’s poorest communities. Among these populations are sex workers and their children, a severely marginalized group that face tremendous obstacles to improving their quality of life and realizing their human rights.

Protecting the Human Rights of Sex Workers in Delmas
To reduce sex workers' vulnerability to violence and HIV and AIDS by creating safe spaces for learning and organizing, reaching out to sex workers in the workplace, and providing psychosocial and medical support in cases of violence.
