Puente de Paz is an organization of women and men working for social transformation in Ixcan, Guatemala. Its members work to end the gender inequality, exploitation and racism that women in the community face. They also work to further the advancement of historically excluded peoples by organizing the community to defend its individual and collective rights.

Community Organizing for Natural Resource Management
To implement workshops, meetings and radio programs supporting Q'eqchí indigenous women to raise awareness and advocate for their rights in communities threatened by the construction of a major hydroelectric dam.
