Since its inception in 1992, ASIC has supported community groups in the municipality of San Isidro in Cabañas through the creation of clinics and schools, the construction of a cultural center and the implementation of basic infrastructure projects and children’s recreational and cultural programs.

To support trainings on agroecological and sustainable farming techniques, environmental awareness and human rights for youth, and women and men facing food insecurity; and to increase community and civic response in the defense of natural resource rights.
