Red de Jovenes del Suroccidente de Barranquilla (RJSB)
RJSB (Southwestern Youth Network of Barranquilla) was founded in 2003 as a result of a collaboration among a number of youth organizations in the region. To respond to the large number of paramilitary groups recruiting youth in Barranquilla, RJSB works to increase young people's participation in national public debates and policy issues regarding forced recruitment and youth rights.

To provide youth with alternatives to violence in four zones of Barranquilla and also expand into six new sectors, training its youth leaders to bring RJSB programming into the new communities and organizations.
