Foro Joven (“Youth Forum”) was founded in 2005 by children and graduates of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute. Its programs include the development of social and education alternatives, monitoring the fulfillment of governmental policies of demobilized youth and children, and providing technical and professional education programs and scholarships.
