The National Federation of Indigenous Women of Bolivia (CNMIB) was founded in 2007 by women of 34 indigenous peoples from the Lowlands, Chaco and the Amazons, to promote indigenous women's leadership and political participation in the decision-making process of the Bolivian Indigenous rights agenda. CNMIB is the first indigenous women's federation in the region.

Strengthening Political Leadership and Participation
To support the general operational costs of the organization to allow indigenous women leaders to participate actively in national debates; to monitor the transparency of government budgets; and to design policies that favor indigenous women's rights.
