To reduce discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation through human rights education, a weekly radio program, building women's leadership in the LGBT movement, and national and local advocacy for anti-discriminatory laws. Equidad will also maintain a safe space for LGBT youth, providing psychosocial support and strengthening youth leadership.

To improve access, use and protection of water and agricultural systems through trainings, social mobilization and advocacy.

To train journalists and use community radio and media to inform indigenous communities about the negative impact of extractive industry projects.

To incorporate miners' children into schools and provide mentorship to support their studies, as well as support their parents reach at least a sixth grade level of education, through advocacy initiatives and coordination between the departmental education service and local teachers.

To support women, communities and indigenous women's organizations with advocacy and policy skills.

To support the general operational costs of the organization to allow indigenous women leaders to participate actively in national debates; to monitor the transparency of government budgets; and to design policies that favor indigenous women's rights.

To support the rights and development objectives of a network of indigenous community-based organizations.

To support capacity building for CRTM youth leaders in Pilon Lajas lower regions and the Tierra Comunitaria de Origen (formally recognized indigenous collectives), which will allow young people to contribute to the overall development of their communities.

To promote and defend the rights of Afro-Bolivians through human rights trainings, advocacy to establish anti-discriminatory public policies, and awareness-raising around newly promulgated laws benefiting the Afro-Bolivian population.

To prevent gender-based violence and support women's economic rights through radio outreach, the extension of the "My Mom Works" child care program, legal support and a report on bank-lending practices toward women.
