Equality, Justice and Democracy

To reduce discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation through human rights education, a weekly radio program, building women's leadership in the LGBT movement, and national and local advocacy for anti-discriminatory laws. Equidad will also maintain a safe space for LGBT youth, providing psychosocial support and strengthening youth leadership.

Feminism: Our Own Voice into Action

To prevent gender-based violence and support women's economic rights through radio outreach, the extension of the "My Mom Works" child care program, legal support and a report on bank-lending practices toward women.
