Intscha.com seeks to contribute to the creation of an environment that enables young people to be respected as active participants in the development of their communities and of Zimbabwe. The impact of the country’s decade-long economic meltdown and the absence of social safety nets have been particularly acute in Matabeleland, where marginalized communities have watched their resources be seized by corporations, government and elite individuals for the benefit of other areas, leaving them impoverished.
