To increase access to education for orphans and vulnerable children by providing tuition support and scholastic materials and by creating recreational camps for HIV-positive children; and to protect the rights of children through the creation of community-based child protection committees.

To improve women's socio-economic status through training on how to start and manage businesses and procurement of start-up kits and inputs for their projects.

To support home-based care volunteers to work with people living with HIV/AIDS and orphans and vulnerable children by providing training and resources, including access to low-input gardening.

To support Seke Rural Hospice to provide hospice and palliative care services and allow them to link with another hospice for capacity building.

To strengthen women and youth's economic self-sufficiency through micro-credit and health care training.

To increase the sustainability of early childhood centers established over the last five years through teacher training and capacity building of school management committees and support to child protection activities.

To build the capacity of the community—and youth, in particular—to advocate with local government authorities and traditional leaders for a greater say in how their resources are utilized.

To support people living with HIV/AIDS, especially children and young people, through the provision of education and counseling services, caregiver and teacher trainings on stigma and counseling, education subsidies and facilitation for visits to health centers for antiretroviral therapy. In addition, RMT will draw attention to violence against women, HIV prevention and stigma reduction for schoolchildren.

To develop educational videos in partnership with the LGBTQI community and sex workers as advocacy tools for raising awareness with key service providers, including police and health departments.

To raise awareness about sexual and reproductive health and rights among adolescent girls, SCT will create girls’ clubs at secondary schools and will facilitate workshops on how to prevent, report and speak out about violence. It will also run nine mobile information-sharing clinics, targeting both girls and boys, men and women, to help bring about changes in attitudes and cultural practices that hinder women and girls from enjoying their rights.
