FOC-REV was founded in 1999 to address the educational, skills-building and economic needs of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) through school fees payment, apprenticeship skills training, provision of income generation opportunities to OVC households, and capacity building in agricultural production.

Health Service Provision
To support FOC-REV's health clinic in Lumino sub-county in Busia district to provide health services to orphans and vulnerable children, women and people living with HIV/AIDS; and to strengthen the institutional capacity of FOC-REV.
