CEDOVIP was established in 2000 to mobilize communities at the grassroots level to change the attitudes and behaviors that perpetuate violence against women and to advocate for the advancement of women's human rights.

Domestic Violence and HIV/AIDS Prevention

To mobilize communities to prevent violence against women and HIV/AIDS, advocate for implementation of the Domestic Violence Act, and build the capacity of civil society and government to effectively prevent and respond to violence against women.
