Plateforme des Femmes pour la Paix en Casamance (PFPC)
PFPC is a new coalition of women’s organizations—founded by AJWS grantee USOFORAL—that aims to broker a definitive plan to resolve the 30-year conflict waged by the separatist rebel movement in Casamance. With a membership of 43 organizations, the coalition is working to draw national attention to this prolonged conflict and is demanding women’s full participation at the negotiation table.
