TIERS is a youth-led organization founded in 2005 to promote, advocate, and lobby for equal rights for men who have sex with men (MSM). The organization’s programs focus on HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention, access to treatment, human rights and legal assistance for individuals facing prosecution on the grounds of their sexual orientation.
