TIP is a youth-led organization founded in 2005 to promote, advocate, and lobby for equal rights for sexual minorities. The organization’s programs focus on HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention, access to treatment, human rights and legal assistance for individuals facing prosecution on the grounds of their sexual orientation.

Needs Assessment of the Lesbian Community in Lagos State
To conduct a baseline survey among lesbians in Lagos state to better integrate their concerns in the promotion of the rights of sexual minorities in Nigeria and to provide vocational trainings for sexual minorities and trainings on sexual diversity and human rights for the judiciary, media and the civil society in Lagos State.
