Kenya Natural Resources Alliance (KENRA)

Founded in 2010, KENRA is a network of community-based organizations that promotes the equitable access, control and sustainable use of natural resources in Kenya. KENRA promotes the participation of local communities in these decision-making processes by coordinating community efforts around advocacy for natural resource rights.


Alliance Building and Advocacy for Community-Based Natural Resource Rights Organizations

Purpose: To strengthen KENRA's capacity to offer training, coordinate an effective network and elevate the voices of civil society organizations advocating for natural resource rights by supporting community outreach and national-level advocacy.
