Founded in 2003, PD works in partnership with the Ghana Homeless People’s Federation to find permanent solutions to urban poverty in Ghana through the improvement of human settlements and shelter conditions.
Project
Community-Led Response to HIV/AIDS
To enable urban slum communities to develop micro enterprises by providing start-up capital for women; to address HIV/AIDS by providing treatment and support to people living with HIV/AIDS and raising awareness about HIV prevention and stigma reduction.
