Founded in 2003, PD works in partnership with the Ghana Homeless People’s Federation to find permanent solutions to urban poverty in Ghana through the improvement of human settlements and shelter conditions.
Project
Community-Led Response to HIV/AIDS
To improve quality of life in urban slum communities by supporting micro-enterprise projects for vulnerable women and providing school support to orphans and volunerable children; and to address HIV/AIDS by providing treatment and support to people living with HIV/AIDS and conducting community education campaigns.
