CEPEHRG was established in 1997 to train young people about human rights issues and to promote the rights of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex Ghanaian communities.
Project
LGBTI and HIV/AIDS Human Rights Intervention
To empower the LGBTI communities in seven regions of Ghana to fight stigma and discrimination through peer education and workshops on assertiveness and human rights; and to decrease the vulnerability of LGBTI people to sexually transmitted infections through sexual health education, counseling, testing and referrals for treatment.
