To promote food sovereignty and women's participation through the provision of tools, technical assistance and marketing support to traditional rural women's labor organizations.

To enable female students to defend their rights and improve their academic performance by building a network of school girls' clubs in Debre Zeit and by providing trainings on reproductive health, gender, leadership, peer education and paralegal skills.

To empower people living with HIV/AIDS through community self-help groups, income-generating activities, and vocational training; to provide educational support to orphans and vulnerable children.

To promote the retention of adolescent girls in secondary school through financial support, mentorship, training and peer education.

To enable girls and young women to defend their rights and attend school by providing financial support and counseling, as well as training on reproductive health, gender equality, assertiveness and leadership.

To increase girls' access to quality education and a safe school environment by establishing a community-based mechanism for accountability and ownership of schools; and to promote girls' self-reliance through life-skills training and mentoring.
