Pursue engages young people at the intersection where their Jewish values meet their passion for social justice, building a community that takes action to create social change. We offer a new opportunity to work together toward a just world within and beyond the Jewish community.
Pursue was founded in 2006 as the AJWS-AVODAH Partnership. With national and regional staff in New York, Washington D.C., and the Bay Area, Pursue works with AJWS alumni, alumni of other Jewish service programs, the larger community of Jewish 20- and 30-somethings and like-minded organizations to build and strengthen the Jewish social justice movement through educational programs, networking events, leadership trainings, action opportunities, celebrations and more.
If you're passionate about global social justice, here are some actions you can take:
- Be a part of the Pursue action. Come to events and help shape them. Bring your friends. Meet and network with others who share your passion for social justice.
- Stay connected to the Jewish social justice movement by reading and commenting on our blog at www.PursueAction.org.
- Sign up for Pursue email lists at www.PursueAction.org for information and ideas on how to join the movement for social change in your community.
